Sentinels of the Forest Cuckoo Clock, exclusively from The Bradford Exchange. Two pieces of famed wildlife artist Terry Doughty art of timber wolves combine on a cuckoo clock. The charm of a traditional chalet-style cuckoo clock and finished in a rich mahogany tone.
Experience wild nature and venture into the timeless realm of majestic animals with the ‘Sentinels Of The Forest’ Cuckoo Clock. Wolves are mysterious souls of the forest. They move quietly among the trees and always have been respected by mankind. For the first time, two beautiful pictures of Terry Doughty, a nationally known wildlife artist, decorate the clock.
The clock is intricately handcrafted to achieve the look and spirit of a traditional chalet-style cuckoo clock. In a rich mahogany tone, the clock is ornamented with pine trees and leaf accents that are carefully sculpted. First of all, the face of the clock showcases one of Terry Doughty’s pictures. Roman numerals on a white surface and gold elegant hands show the time.
Down below, the front panel showcases the second picture with the wolf in the dark forest. An extraordinary sculptural wolf stands in a dramatic pose at the top of the clock surrounded by trees. On every hour, tiny doors at the top of the clock open. At the same time, a sculptural cuckoo bird emerges and tweets announcing the hour. Best of all, a brass-toned waving pendulum and ornamental golden pinecone weights additionally decorate the clock.
